Across the street from The Empire Times, the Templar Flats is an adaptive reuse project that combines two existing structures with a new six storey structure built in between them. The ground level is home to dining hotspots The French, Berkeley North and Undefined, while the upper levels offer 25 rental apartments. Rapidly becoming a dining destination, King William Street is being transformed into one of Hamilton’s urban hotspots.
